In July 2014, after more than two decades as a magazine writer, editor and publisher, I embarked upon my first eBook project. Fourteen months later, the voluminous Pro Wrestling Through The Power Slam Years: 1994-2014 reached online retailer screens. Selected as one of Den Of Geek’s best books of 2015, The Power Slam Years attained sufficient acclaim and commercial prosperity that I penned a second eBook, The Power Slam Interviews Volume 1, released in July 2016. The Power Slam Interviews Volume 2, the natural sequel, saw the light of day in March 2017. All three eBooks are available worldwide from Amazon, iBooks and Kobo. Presently, I am working part-time on my first non-wrestling title, Packing It In: How And Why I Quit Smoking, which is slated for a 2018 release.
PRO WRESTLING THROUGH THE POWER SLAM YEARS: 1994-2014
Published in September 2015, Pro Wrestling Through The Power Slam Years: 1994-2014 is an encyclopedic history of pro wrestling in the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and other territories during those tumultuous two decades, complete with additional reportage on notable industry happenings in the years 1992-1993 and the first eight months of 2015.
Developments in the WWF/WWE, WCW, ECW, NJPW, AJPW, FMW, TNA, NOAH, ROH and other leagues are scrutinised over 676 pages. A meticulously researched and uncompromising work, The Power Slam Years chronicles the events of the era without fear or favour.
